Microsoft Copilot for Sales is an AI assistant that helps sellers and sales teams seamlessly share information between Microsoft 365 apps and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Since the product’s launch in 2023, I have worked with an agile, cross-functional team to deliver core features such as Search Experience, Global Create, Save to CRM, and Extensibility, enhancing the product’s core functionalities.
As a result of my contributions to this 0 to 1 product, the experience score has increased by 5% to 4 out of 5, and monthly active users have grown from 20K to 120K within a year.
Core features
Search Experience
I designed an extensive search experience for the Copilot for Sales add-in app, enabling sellers to search, filter, and view CRM records directly within Outlook.
Global Create
I designed the Global Create experience in the Outlook add-in app, allowing sellers to seamlessly create CRM records at any stage of their workflow.
Save to CRM
I developed a comprehensive email saving experience that enables Sellers to connect emails to records, assign categories, and save attachments to CRM directly from Outlook—eliminating time-consuming manual processes that takes sellers out of their workflow.
Extensibility
I developed the framework to integrate insights from various contract and quote management systems like PROS and DocuSign, bringing extensibility and sales insights directly to Copilot for Sales in Outlook.
